Rhianna Fibbins // Holly Dunn

  • The Post Office Hotel 229-231 Sydney Rd Coburg, VIC, 3058 Australia (map)

Born and raised in the Hunter Valley N.S.W around campfires, horses and river swims Rhianna harvested her musical style over a varied collection of 70’s rock classics to old timey country tunes.

Moving to Melbourne where Rhianna and her sister (Layla Fibbins) started country band “The Sideshow Brides” cutting their teeth and honing their style playing festivals and well worn pub paths they soon started singing singing backing vocals for Aus rock band “Dallas Crane” on live TV to opening for Aus legends “Cold Chisel” at Rod Laver Arena and American southern rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Adding opening for Australia's magnetic Leah Flannagan, Americana country queen Elizabeth Cook,  singing as a trio with Tim Rogers and now regularly opening Victorian shows for Tex Perkins and Matt Walker, Rhianna (along with her sister) has weaved a tapestry of rich musical connection.

Making a leap into the unknown, Rhianna presents a new direction in her Country trio of vividly charming songs- full of the heaviness, sweetness and self- discovery that is illuminated through her songwriting. Introspection with a touch of homespun longing.

Rhianna's songs "LITTLE WHISPERS' and newest single "GHOST SHIP" have been added to ABC music's high rotation playlists as well as being featured on ABC SATURDAY NIGHT COUNTRY.

Featuring on many playlists via APPLE MUSIC & SPOTIFY with both song film clips receiving high rotation on CMT COUNTRY MUSIC CHANNEL at MTV Australia, Rhianna is putting her own spin on Aus country music with red hot players Hamish Davidson and Craig Kelly.
