Powerful Owl flew into existence in 2018 when Mia Schoen (Sleepy Township, New Estate) was joined by Bella Cullen (Lucida) and Tym Krasevac (Zond) to complete a trinity of power. Sometimes to be heard crying like a baby in the southern forests at night or ripping a possum apart high in the canopy, the trio deliver pop smarts via a huge warm sound that belies their compact structure, their concise format of one guitar, drums and two vocals, keeps a clear and soaring focus on the heart of the song.
