Mara Schwerdtfeger and Tilde Joy make experimental folk music. Their sound is sullen, cloudy, dark and severe, utilising drones and sympathetic resonances to endear/alienate audiences. Mara studies digital media at RMIT university. Tilde is a casual retail employee in Werribee.
