June Jones // Kalyani

Woah now, hey there. It's the single launch for 'Here, Something' - the first song off JJ's *~d*e*b*u*t *~* a*l*b*u*m~*, Diana, out in early 2019 - as well as its video (shot by Geryon).

June Jones is a writer and performer of songs that are kind of dark, sort of dramatic, and mildly humorous. Known for her work with Two Steps on the Water, her current configuration sees her alone on the stage -- often with her voice and body as the only live instruments -- moving amidst a marketplace of synths, bass, piano, strings, and drum machines. She has been working on her first solo record, Diana, alongside the wonderful Geoffrey O'Connor since December 2017.

Kalyani is a proud Pyemairrenner woman who holds space through song. Willow Beats, the duo of which she is one half, is a pop collaboration which sells out shows across the country. In this solo incarnation Kalyani explores her songs in their most intimate form; voice and piano.
