Suzette and Christina share a lot of things in common even though stylistically they are very different folk/acoustic artists. Individually they bring many years of performing in the folk/acoustic scene locally, nationally and internationally and share a passion for song writing, crossing paths at one of Melbourne’s song writing critique circles (Melbourne Songwriters’ Session). They both work with people with mental illness and homelessness and are not afraid to use their ‘voice for the voiceless’.

Christina Green and Suzette Herft will present an afternoon of music in the Nashville ‘in the round’ style, taking turns to sing original songs and perhaps a few covers, and sharing stories and some of the background to the creation of the songs. The two artists look forward to entertaining the audience with a program of varied material delivered with warmth and style.
