Next door to the pub, at 229 Sydney Road, is the POH's newest addition, the Cafe and Dining Hall. The large space has been given a modern makeover with exposed brick walls, fire place, hanging pendant lights and recycled timber tables. There's shaded seating on stools out the front, a large communal table to spread out your morning paper and several intimate booths with leather banquettes.
But we think the best seats in the house are along the bar of the fiery open kitchen where chefs, led by newly appointed head chef Richard Cole, prepare fresh contemporary dishes and house-made artisan pizzas.
Our baristas work their magic from 7am with locally roasted Padre coffee and can be enjoyed with fresh loaves, sweets and pastries. Enjoy our all day breakfast and from midday indulge in the POH parma or pub favourite the wagyu burger.
